Happy New Year ! The Gemini Effect needs a new drummer. TGE is an alternative rock band based on the North Shore. The music crosses genres - rock, slightly grungey/alternative/bluesy + some electronic elements. Have a listen. 2 albums so far ‘Atomic Blues’ + ‘Bad Alien’. My plan for the band is to get the next album out and do some live shows. First requirement of a new drummer is that they like the material and want to get involved! Own kit + transport etc…. The commitment would be practice once a week (maybe extra leading up to a gig). Would be easier if also based on the Shore. Flexibility regarding click track / sample triggering a bonus. Aiming to put together some visual material for projection to add to the show. Check facebook for an early attempt at this. So far the band has been a 3 piece, but I’m considering adding a 4th person (2nd guitar/synth/live effects/samples etc…. i.e. whatever the song needs).
