Looking for singers, whether self-taught or naturally gifted, who have a preference for old school vocals. I myself am a self-taught singer with a baritone-tenor range. My goal is to collaborate with other singers in similar situations to create a beautiful and entertaining vocal sound.
As self-taught singers, we often struggle to find opportunities and recognition, so why not meet up together and make our own amazing music? It would be fantastic if there are any musicians willing to accompany us as well. Personally, I am passionate about exploring forgotten gems and one-hit wonders from before the 21st century that audiences will love or quickly learn to enjoy.
The focus is on delivering a captivating performance. If there are any individuals open to trying out new arrangements or mixing different genres, that would be excellent too.
Currently, I am in the process of learning classic pop and folk standards from the 60s and 70s, such as The Seekers, The Mamas and the Papas, The Merseys, The Turtles, and The Lovin Spoonful.
