+Is Jam Space a secure site?
Yes. Jam Space is fully secured with the highest level of security a website can have. All financial details are passed directly on to our payment processor, so not even our staff have access to any credit card details.
+I want to speak to someone, who do I contact?
+My username/password isn't working, what can I do?
If your username or password doesn’t work, click on the “Forgot username” or "Forgot Password” link underneath the respective boxes in the login box.
You should get an automated email sent to you – if that doesn’t work, it probably means your email account may be blocking our emails! First thing to do is to check your junk mail box and there should be an email in there. If there is, please add us as a safe sender.
+How do I change my account details?
You can change your details and payment instructions at any time by logging in and clicking on the “My Jams” page. This is your Jam Space account page, here you can check your details, edit payment instructions, view your member feedback, saved searches and check all your listing details.
+How do I create a listing?
On the home page you will see a “Create a Listing’ button or “List & Sell”, click on wither of these and follow the steps to create your listing. You must be logged in first!
+How do I check my listing details?
Once you log in, you can check details of your listings that are open, sold, expired or withdrawn. Just click on the “My Jams” tab on the home page and scroll to “Review Your Listings”.
+I clicked "Buy Now" on a listing - what do I do now?
+What do gold and silver listings do?
Silver is our most popular choice and will receive up to 3x more views than bronze listings. Gold is our most premium option for your ad or listing and gets you the maximal exposure you can receive including your ad being placed on our home page. +How do I credit my account?
Just click on the “My Jams” tab on the home page and select the amount you want to add under the Account Credit section, then Click “add credit”. The process is completely secure and we do not hold any credit card details.
+How do I resolve an issue with a buyer or seller?
Please note that Jam Space is the medium through which businesses feature their products and/or services, and cannot be held responsible for the services provided by such businesses. If you have a complaint about a featured business or the service that they have provided, the first step should be to contact the business directly. They may be able to take steps to resolve the situation, which will usually be similar to steps taken when dealing with any customer complaint.
You will be able to find contact details for the featured business in their listing or if it is a product you purchased, in your confirmation email.

+What are saved searches and how do I use them?
Searches are created when you use our advanced search bar on the left hand side of the page within any listing type for e.g. clicking into “Instruments, Music & Gear” will bring it up. You can then use our advanced search bar for a specific search e.g. Price range: $0 - $500, Location: Auckland, Category: Electric Guitar, New or Used. Click search. You will then see a yellow box on the corner of the page saying “save search”. You can save these advanced searches and view them later in your “My Jams” page. We will even email you any listings in this search monthly to help you find what you are looking for!
